The memorial is dedicated to two Albania poets, Genc Leka and Vilson Blloshmi who were killed by the Enver Hoxha’s communist government. It is is located in Librazhd, Albania.

Genc Leka and Vilson Blloshmi were both intellectuals who were among the opposing families of the communist regime. They were sentenced to death on 16 July 1977 and executed the next day.
