Update:There is a tiny computer next to the door that is not obvious for first time visitors where you scan your cita email or put your ID # in. That prints the cita # for you but if you do this after the appointment time, it won't work. This should be changed as it's not visible enough and nobody informs you about it like at other offices I have been to...."
