"Five gates for Schengen travel and another six gates for outside the union. A small airport that is aligned with the small yet vibrant city of Poznanitself. Impossible to get lost due to its size. Limited food options in terms of restaurants and only one duty free that does have enough goods for shopping. Security lines were fast at around midday on a Friday. You can tell they can handle big crowds during peak travel times. Well organized...."

"Modern airport with all needed facilities, spacious waiting areas and well stocked shops. Plenty of parking spaces and fast security check. Not veryenergetic staff, slowly approaching working stations, giving a feeling that they don't want to be there.. Not very clear communication. Our gate was changed last minute, but no information update on board or on app. At first boarding information appeared on our initially given gate, but after around 20 minutes it disappeared. No staff available at the gate to question. We've only learnt the new gate number as one of the passengers noticed our flight number appeared on other gate. Flight delayed 1 hour.. Disappointed....."

"Small airport with generally very little hassle for finding your way around. However, it is quite a bit dated and lacks good quality seating. Also,it was quite frustrating to find out that the airport WiFi was not working when we arrived (didn’t work by the time we left either).
